Certificates of Graduates to These Pathological Veterinary Colleagues

It is an honor to deliver the certificates of graduates to these pathological veterinary colleagues today, as the Responsible Professor and Academic Coordinator of the First Diploma in Animal Pathology of Experimentation, in the Department of Pathology of the National Institute of Hygiene Rafael Rangel, Caracas-Venezuela, successful in his new role as a veterinary pathologist. Special thanks to the National Institute of Hygiene Rafael Rangel, to Dr. Manuel Moya, Dr. Carmen Esteves, Lic. Gladys Gonzalez, to my technicians Histologists Lic. Emilio Suniaga, Tec. Maria Cisneros for all their support in this program of Diploma in Caracas -Venezuela.
